Ford has been recognized as one of the world’s most ethical businesses for a sixth consecutive year. That’s six straight years of being a company that is ethical as opposed to just saying it. And that’s five straight years of not only promoting ethical business standards internally, but shaping the future as well.

Ford Motor Company has been recognized once again as one of the world’s most ethical companies by the Ethisphere Institute. The Ethisphere Institute assesses an organization’s performance in an objective, consistent and standardized way. Scores are then generated in five key categories: ethics and compliance program, corporate citizenship and responsibility, culture of ethics, governance, and leadership, innovation and reputation.

Out of thousands from around the world, only 132 companies were selected. It’s also worth noting that Ford is the only automaker to make the cut, thanks to its corporate responsibility efforts, governance and business practices.
