Steve Ross

As the Product Marketing Manager for Sustainability and Electrification at Ford Canada, I’m excited to have the opportunity to be a part of the future of mobility, which is also an incredible responsibility. This includes all of Ford’s hybrids, plug-in hybrids and all-electric vehicles.

I started my career at Ford in parts purchasing at the Bramalea Parts Distribution Centre in Ontario. In my 10 years with the company, I’ve been lucky to hold many different positions in parts purchasing, sales and marketing. My interest in sustainability brought me to his current role in July 2011.

I was born in Maskinongé, just outside Trois-Rivières, QC, I attended the University of Quebec where and completed a degree in Business Administration. I’m married with a four year-old son. Outside of work I love taking on home renovation projects and spending time with my family.

If I could pick any car company to work for, I would not go anywhere else but Ford. There is a sense of being involved in something bigger than business here. It is like a family. Ford is forward thinking and I am challenged and engaged everyday working with smart and talented people.
