For the 3rd consecutive year, Canadian Ford dealers were paired with WE Schools to host test drive events from coast to coast. While this fundraising initiative mirrors Ford’s annual Drive4UR program (which has raised over C$8.5 million since its inception in 2010), Drive4WE sought to empower Canadian youth to be the driving force behind their own fundraising events.

Schools pledged to make a difference by living the WE lifestyle: working together to achieve greater things for their local communities, while also raising funds that will be contributed on a global scale for better access to water, education and basic healthcare in areas that need it most.

One Week, One Cause evoked passion towards a common goal while demonstrating the true value of what it means to be stronger together.

From May 7-13, more than 9,700 test drives of Ford vehicles helped raise over C$195,000 for WE initiatives. To all who volunteered, supported, or participated, we salute you for having contributed to this tremendous success.

Ford of Canada has been involved with WE Charity since 2014, and this partnership has helped transform Ford dealership teams by offering them opportunities to make a difference in their communities and around the world.

Through initiatives like WE Day, WE Scare Hunger and Drive4WE (Drive4UR School or Community), Ford of Canada and Canadian Ford dealers are truly going further so you can.
